Kindness is a lifestyle

Why would you want to be kind when most of what is around you are all and more about people dying, people living lives fulfilled with no purpose, people having irrational thoughts that could be harmful, and the list of negative actions, situations, and overall global discontent amongst ourselves is infinite— IF WE MAKE IT THAT WAY.

This is an action if every woman in the world would do; it would tremendously impact the world.

Smile. Make eye contact. Smile. Let that person feel good for those seconds. Those seconds add up and spread. The Smile causes an effect to happen like any other action you take. The action sparks an effect.

The law of cause-and-effect states that: Every effect has a specific and predictable cause. Every cause or action has a specific and predictable effect. This means that everything that we currently have in our lives is an effect that is a result of a specific cause.

Smile. Make Eye contact. That ignites a Spark. The Smile Recipient receives the effect of feeling — Good. Maybe Great.

A small but powerful impact.

That is the beginning of having Kindness as a lifestyle.

Grab your journal. (if you want to) bring your most open, creative, gracious, generous self. Join a discussion of topics around the world about Kindness. Not a new concept at all. However, a concept we are revisiting and reigniting.

Plus, add this to your journal.

Let us move on. Have you tried the action of “Smile”? Always. Smile and Be Nice.

Another part of the Kindness Lifestyle is to be Nice.
